A low priority? How local health and care plans overlook the needs of dying people

This report found 34% of Health and Wellbeing Boards (HWBs) do not consider needs of dying people in their assessments of health and care needs of the local populations, 57% of HWBs do not include the needs of dying people in their strategies that inform local service planning.
